IWS SARE GALLERY MOSCOW invites Russian watercolorists to participate in the competitive selection of paintings for the 2nd exhibition of watercolorists from Russia, which will be held at IWS SARE GALLERY MOSCOW from September 4 to 10, 2020.

July 23 - August 10, 2020 - submission of an application with photos of original works for the competition.
August 12, 2020-announcement of the names of artists whose works have passed the competitive selection and will be presented at the exhibition.

August 12-18, 2020-payment for participation in the exhibition.
Until August 25, 2020 - sending original works to the gallery.
September 4, 2020 - opening of the exhibition. During the opening ceremony of the exhibition, 8 winners will be named, who will receive prizes from the gallery's partners.

✅ Detailed conditions
- a Russian artist over the age of 18 can apply for the competition
- only original works made personally by the artist exclusively in watercolor technique, written in the last two years (2020 and 2019)
- the subject of the picture should belong to the artist. If the picture is drawn from a photo, then the rights must also belong to the artist
- subject of the story - at the artist's choice
- the form of the original work: horizontal arrangement 56x38cm and vertical arrangement 38x56cm
- up to three entries are accepted for selection
- photos of works must correspond to the actual works submitted to the exhibition. It is forbidden to process photos using a special photo processing program
- photo format*. jpg Size from 1 MB to 2 MB, resolution 300 dpi, 300 DPI, photo name in the following format
- send photos of works for the selection competition to your email address IWSSAREGALLERYINFO@gmail.com
In the email, specify the subject: "for the exhibition DREAMS COME TRUE"
Also specify how many works you want to present at the exhibition
- by submitting your work to the competition, you consent to the use of photos for advertising the event and exhibition in social networks and electronic form, as well as publishing a catalog or other printed products related to this exhibition.
- artists from Moscow must submit an original work, framed in a white frame with a white passport. Artists from other cities of Russia can submit their original work without clearance in a frame and Passepartout.

✅ Cost of participation in the exhibition
- payment for participation is made after passing the competitive selection and announcement of the results
- the cost of placing one watercolor work-1200 rubles, two works-2400 rubles, three works-3600 rubles
- the artist pays for the cost of delivering original watercolors that have passed a competitive selection to the gallery independently. The cost of returning the work to the author can be paid in advance and is 400 rubles
- IWS SARE GALLERY MOSCOW is not responsible for any damage caused to the work at the stage of delivery to the gallery and back to the author. If necessary, we recommend that you insure your watercolors.
- all instructions on payment and organizational issues will be sent to the e-mail of the authors who have passed the competitive selection
