Предварительная программа:
- 9 ноября 2018 открытие выставки
- 9-12 ноября - фести

Основные условия (крайние сроки):
Цифровая копия* + анкета представляется до 1 сентября 2018
Оглашение результатов - 15 сентября 2018
Прибытие оригинала в ГонКонг до 10 октября 2018

Взнос участнику (после 15 сентября) 60$ (HKD450)
Взнос за каталог 20 $ (HKD150)

Требования.
1). Одна оригинальная авторская акварельная работа на бумаге на тему "Обними Жизнь"
2). Формат: Страна_ФамилияИмя_Название_Размер_Год.jpg

Возраст: от 3-х до 20 лет (6 групп: 3-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-15, 16-20)

Dear Watercolor lovers, We invite you to participate in « 2018 PASS IT ON – Embrace Life » The 1st International Children & Youth Watercolor Festival Competition. Schools and Art Institutes all over the world are welcome to submit paintings from their students.

OUR OBJECTIVES: To popularize watercolor techniques among children and youth. The competition provides the participants the opportunity to exchange experiences, the final exhibition will present a variety of watercolor painting by children and youth from different countries.
ELIGIBILITY: The competition is opened to all children and young adults from 3 to 20 years old.
The works will be evaluated in six age groups:
3-5 6-8 9-11 12-15 16-20 years of age
THEME: Embrace Life
MEDIUM: Water-media such as but not limited to watercolor, gouache, and ink painting on traditional watercolor paper
SIZE: A3 (420x297mm)
ONLINE SUBMISSION http://passitonwatercolor.com/competition/

Submit ONE work only and must be an original work of the participant.
Digital file must be in JPG format, resolution must be in 300dpi, file size should be within 4MB – 6 MB
DEADLINE: 1 September 2018

FEE 60USD( HKD 450 ) (For selected finalists only)
Catalogue Fee: 20USD ( HKD150)

1 Special Prize in each age category

SHIPPING OF ARTWORK
Finalist need to send their original works to Hong Kong before 10 October 2018. Details will be listed in the acceptance letters for the finalists.

RETURN OF ARTWORK

The participants will have the option to choose to return their artwork or not. The return shipping costs are at the expenses of the participants.

Finalist announced: 15 September 2018
Artwork received deadline: 10 October 2018
Opening Ceremony: 9 November 2018
Watercolor Festival Period: 9-12 November 2018

RULES & REGULATIONS
The organizer reserves the right to amend the program of the rules and regulations. Should there be disputes, the organizer reserves the right to the final decision.
Upon submitting an entry, a participant is deemed to have accepted all Terms and Conditions of the Event, the Official Rules as stipulated and also to those that may be later introduced by the Organizer.
All information provided by a participant in the registration form must be true and accurate.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

IWS Hong Kong as Organizer; and its authorized service providers will use the information that you supplied for the following:

Announcement of results
Processing administrative work related to registration and relevant event notices, etc.;
Identifying the user or participant;
Recording any communication with participants;
Providing the latest updates of IWS's events and art competition information;
We will never lease, exchange or sell the personally identifiable information that you have voluntarily supplied to us, including email address and telephone number.
